Ce défi commencera vendredi 6 Décembre 2013 et durera 14 jours donc jusqu’au 20 décembre 2013.
Il se terminera à temps pour que chacun puisse passer les fêtes en famille et préparer Noël tranquillement.

Comment s’inscrire?
- C’est très simple et c’est gratuit:
- Il vous suffit de laisser un commentaire sous cet article et de dire que vous participez, et voilà!
- Vous pouvez rester anonyme ou pas, c’est comme vous voulez.
- Ensuite, chaque jour, vous trouverez le défi de la journée que je publierai tôt le matin et vous pourrez partager vos expériences dans les commentaires de chaque défi.

Comment cela va se passer?

Votre premier défi:
Trouvez une personne, un ami, un membre de votre famille, un collègue … qui va participer aussi au défi de la gentillesse. Cela devrait être relativement facile et cela vous boostera pour les défis suivants. Si vous amenez plusieurs personnes à vous suivre dans ce défi, c’est très bien aussi 🙂
Les défis seront tous faisables et possibles, mais ce sont tout de même des défis, donc il va falloir sortir de votre zone de confort!
Pour que vous ayez une idée plus concrète, voici quelques exemples de défis:
- laisser passer quelqu’un devant vous en voiture ou dans une file d’attente
- faire un compliment qui vient du cœur à trois personnes
- ou bien dire bonjour et sourire à toutes les personnes que vous croiserez aujourd’hui,…
- d’autres sont plus difficiles à réaliser et demande un peu plus d’effort de votre part, mais tout est faisable et tout fait plaisir.
2. Chaque défi doit être relevé le jour même
3 Vous pouvez partager vos expériences et les réactions de votre entourage dans la section commentaires du jour du défi
