J’ai déjà consacré plusieurs articles sur l’importance de bien choisir ses amis et les personnes avec qui vous passez beaucoup de temps.
Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre énergie avec des personnes négatives et néfastes pour vous et pour eux-mêmes. Choisissez de vous entourer de personnes positives, que vous allez pouvoir booster et qui vont vous tirer vers le haut.
La vie est trop courte pour passer son temps avec des personnes qui se plaignent à longueur de journée et qui voient tout en noir.
Choisissez de regarder vers le haut et de profiter de la lumière !
3. Elles savent s’affirmer
Cela signifie qu’elles ont assez confiance en elles pour donner leur avis et dire ce qu’elles pensent sans avoir peur du jugement des autres.
Elles demandent de l’aide lorsqu’elles en ont besoin.

Change tes habitudes, elles changeront ton destin. Il est vrai que certaines habitudes favorisent la réussite plus que d’autres. J’affectionne tout particulièrement la sixième habitude concernant l’énergie.
Parvenir à maitriser et bien utiliser son énergie est cruciale parce que ça permet d’être plus productif, d’accomplir plus de choses et surtout délaisser les choses inutiles qui n’apportent aucune valeur.
