Il va vous permettre de changer votre situation et votre ressenti par rapport à celle-ci. Grâce à ce livret, vous allez devenir maître de vos pensées, de vos émotions et donc de votre vie et du monde autour.
Procurez-vous un petit cahier et un stylo.
Ecrivez « livre de la métamorphose » sur celui-ci
1. Ecrivez dans le cahier ce qui ne vous plaît pas, ce qui vous dérange
- dans votre situation actuelle :
votre emploi, la ville dans laquelle vous vivez, votre appartement, votre école, celle de vos enfants…
- dans le comportement d’une personne
les réactions, le comportement, la manière de parler d’un collègue, de vos parents, de vos voisins, de vos amis…
- dans votre couple
la routine, le comportement de votre conjoint, le manque d’écoute…
- en vous
votre apparence, vos réactions, vos pensées, vos émotions, vos choix…
2. Ecrivez les pensées et les émotions que cela provoque en vous
- écrivez d’abord les pensées
- écrivez ensuite les émotions par rapport aux pensées
- faites plusieurs points
- prenez assez de temps pour être sûr de vous et précis dans le choix des mots
3. Ecrivez comment changer la situation ou la chose qui vous dérange
- êtes-vous responsable de la situation ?
- avez-vous une autorité suffisante pour changer la chose ?
- de quoi ou de qui avez vous besoin pour changer la situation ?
- de combien de moyens et de temps aurez-vous besoin pour cela ?
Si changer la situation ou la chose qui vous dérange n’est pas possible, alors
4. Changez vos pensées et vos émotions par rapport à cette situation ou cette chose
La situation en question vous fait réagir d’une certaine manière qui vous dérange.
Elle provoque des pensées nocives et donc des émotions négatives.
Non seulement ces pensées négatives ne servent à rien, puisqu’elles ne modifient pas votre situation ou la chose qui vous gêne, mais en plus elles font empirer la situation qui était déjà désagréable pour vous.
La solution :
- trouvez des côtés positifs à la situation ou la chose : c’est toujours possible, il suffit de chercher. Si vraiment vous n’y arrivez pas, réflèchissez à ceux qui sont dans une situation encore pire, ce qui fera paraître la votre un peu moins grave.
- remplacez vos pensées négatives par des pensées plus positives par rapport à la situation
- changez votre posture, vos mimiques, votre vocabulaire lorsque vous pensez et parlez de la situation, la personne ou la chose en question.
- écrivez les nouvelles pensées, les émotions et les côtés positifs dans votre cahier
- vous pouvez ajouter des « phrases hyper-optimistes » à la fin pour bouster votre cahier : tout va s’arranger, tout va pour le mieux, ça va marcher comme sur des roulettes, tout va bien…
Pour plus de clarté, voici un petit exemple :
Problème:
Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon poids, je me trouve trop grosse et je n’arrive pas à perdre mes kilos en trop.
Les émotions et pensées que cela provoque en moi :
- je me sens moche
- j’ai peu confiance en moi
- je n’ai pas envie de sortir car je n’ai rien à me mettre et rien ne me va
- les autres vont trouver que je suis grosse
- je suis en colère contre moi parce que je voulais perdre du poids et que je n’y arrive pas…
Comment changer la situation :
- je suis la personne responsable
- je peux décider maintenant de faire ce qu’il faut pour perdre du poids (manger moins, mieux et faire plus de sport)
- je me fais un plan et je le suis, ainsi ce sera plus facile
- je vais réussir car j’ai déjà réussi dans le passé
- d’autres ont réussi donc je peux le faire aussi
Comment changer mes pensées et mes émotions :
- Je suis en bonne santé
- ce n’est pas grave d’avoir quelques kilos en trop
- beaucoup d’hommes aiment les formes généreuses
- j’ai une belle poitrine
- c’est un nouveau défi et je serais fière de moi lorsque j’aurai réussi
- je m’aime comme je suis car je suis une bonne personne et c’est plus important que l’apparence physique
- j’ai la chance de pouvoir faire du sport, de pouvoir manger à ma faim, d’avoir le choix
- j’ai plein de choses positives dans ma vie : une belle maison, des enfants super, un conjoint sympa, un métier extra…
