J’ai créé plusieurs „playlists“ donc listes de chansons auxquelles j’ai donné des noms comme „que du bonheur“, „zen“ ou „bonne humeur“ ainsi que des listes pour le sport „crossmix“, „boxmix“ ou pour le ménage „boumboum“ ou le repassage „frenchymix“ car je repasse en chantant à tue-tête 🙂
Ainsi, si je veux chasser mes pensées grises et que je veux me calmer pour dormir, j’écoute les chansons de la liste „zen“, si je veux juste être de bonne humeur, j’écoute la liste „bonne humeur“ etc.
Essayez avec des titres que vous aimez particulièrement ou avec ces quelques titres qui ont le don de me mettre de bonne humeur.

J’ai une bonne vingtaine de listes différentes que je mélange et remélange pour ne pas avoir toujours le même ordre.

Personnellement, pour être heureux grâce à mon oïe, j’évite le bruit principalement. A tel point que j’ai même un casque anti-bruit de chantier pour pouvoir travailler et me concentrer ! Le bruit me stresse et me rend de mauvaise humeur en général. Sauf bien sûr la musique, mais pour moi ce n’est pas du bruit 😉
