Ce petit mode d’emploi va vous dévoiler 10 astuces faciles pour être bien dans sa peau, dans son corps et dans sa tête.
1. Bougez
Il y a beaucoup de manières différentes de bouger.
Vous pouvez bien sur faire du sport.
Choisissez parmi les centaines de sports différents selon celui qui vous fait plaisir et selon ce qui est possible pour vous.
Vous préférez peut-être pratiquer un sport en groupe, seul, en plein air ou en salle, avec ou sans balle. Essayez plusieurs activités sportives avant de choisir celle que vous allez pratiquer.
Ne faites surtout pas un sport qui ne vous plait pas juste parce que le médecin, votre mère ou le voisin pensent que c’est bon ou mieux pour la santé.
La raison est que ce qui est bon pour la santé, c’est de faire du sport régulièrement.
Si vous choisissez un sport que vous n’aimez pas, vous le ferez pendant quelque temps et vous finirez par laisser tomber, ce qui est très mauvais pour votre corps qui vous en voudra et vous le fera sentir.
On peut aussi bouger plus sans forcément être inscrit dans un club de sport.
Décidez de prendre les escaliers dans TOUS les cas, même si vous êtes en retard ou si vous devez monter au sixième.
Marchez le plus possible, garez votre voiture plus loin ou laissez-la au garage.
Allez travailler en vélo ou à pied. Sortez à l’arrêt de bus qui précède le votre et marchez le reste.
Promenez votre chien dix minutes de plus chaque jour, il sera content et vous en ressentirez les bienfaits très rapidement.
Dansez sur votre musique préférée à la maison lorsque vous faites le ménage, la cuisine ou le repassage.
Lavez vous les dents en étant en équilibre sur une jambe et ensuite sur l’autre ou en position de « sumo ».
Ce ne sont que quelques exemples de comment vous pouvez bouger plus et vous sentir mieux dans un corps plus svelte.
2. Buvez de l’eau
C’est banal mais c’est une des choses les plus importantes dans la vie. L’eau.
Sans eau, pas de vie.
Beaucoup de gens boivent trop peu d’eau, soit parce qu’ils ne ressentent pas la soif, soit parce qu’ils boivent des sodas, des cafés ou d’autres boissons.
L’eau ne peut être remplacée par du coca ou du café.
Buvez de l’eau de source, de l’eau minérale et de l’eau du robinet.
Buvez au moins 3 litres par jour, et beaucoup plus si vous avez des activités physiques, si vous transpirez ou s’il fait chaud.
Cela parait logique mais je me rends compte tous les jours que peu de gens suivent vraiment ces conseils et en pâtissent.
3. Mangez mieux
Cela peut aussi sembler banal mais de plus en plus de gens dans le monde souffrent de maux dûs à la mauvaise nutrition. (diabète, hypertension, cholesterol trop élevé, obésité, etc)
Mangez au moins un fruit et deux légumes frais par jour.
Mangez ce qui est bon pour la santé (lorsque tout le monde le dit, c’est qu’il y a du vrai)
Éliminez 90 % des sucreries, nourriture et boissons très calorifiques de votre maison et de votre vie.
Cuisinez des plats que vous aimez, qui sentent bon, qui sont beau à voir.
Dégustez-les ! Mangez-les lentement et appréciez chaque bouchée avec délice.
Des études ont prouvé que le fait de manger lentement laissait au corps le temps de ressentir la satiété et permettait ainsi de moins manger.
4. Chouchoutez votre corps
Mettez de la crème pour que votre peau soit bien hydratée.
La peau est le plus grand de tous nos organes et celui que l’on doit protéger le plus.
De plus, mettre de la crème ou se faire appliquer la crème par une autre personne est très agréable 😉
Ayez une apparence soignée, même lorsque vous êtes seul à la maison. Faites en sorte d’être coiffé, d’avoir les ongles propres et bien coupés.
Soyez propre: douché, et les dents lavées.
Ainsi, vous vous sentirez bien même si quelqu’un arrive à l’improviste.
5. Pausez
Cela signifie faites des pauses.
Les sportifs de haut niveau peuvent le confirmer, la pause fait partie de l’entraînement et est aussi importante que les séances de sport.
Sans pause, le corps et l’esprit finissent pas se fatiguer et par être moins performants et les risques d’erreur ou de blessure sont beaucoup plus élevés.
Dormez au moins 7 heures par nuit et faites une sieste de 20 minutes après le repas et votre potentiel est alors de nouveau au top.
