Ah le stress, qui ne le connaît pas ! C’est la cause de nombreuses maladies et maux quotidiens et cela touche presque chacun d’entre nous.
Alors comment faire pour se libérer du stress et pour enfin être zen ?
1. Identifiez la cause de votre stress
Il existe plusieurs sortes de stress.
Le « stress positif » qui est plutôt motivant et boostant. C’est le stress que ressent par exemple un sportif juste avant une compétition ou un acteur juste avant de monter sur scène…
Le « stress négatif » qui est harassant et nocif à long terme.
Il est donc important de trouver les causes de ce stress négatif et de les éliminer avant de ressentir les mauvais effets sur le corps et la tête.
Les causes possibles sont par exemple :
- La peur : peur de ne pas plaire, toutes les phobies, peur d’échouer, peur du jugement des autres, …
- L’anxiété : l’angoisse en pensant au futur, les pensées négatives récurrentes…
- Le manque de confiance en soi
- Les pressions externes et internes : pression exercée par les proches, les collègues, les supérieurs et les pressions exercées par la personne elle-même (je dois réussir absolument, je dois finir cela ce soir…).
- Et ainsi de suite.
2. Trouvez des solutions
Après avoir trouvé les causes de votre stress, il ne vous reste plus qu’à chercher et à trouver plusieurs solutions pour vous libérer de cet état désagréable.
Il est souvent utile de tout mettre par écrit, cela permet de mettre de l’ordre dans les idées et d’être plus créatif.
Vous pouvez aussi demander de l’aide autour de vous afin d’avoir encore plus d’idées de solutions.
Vous n’ êtes certainement pas la seule personne à ressentir ce stress et le fait de discuter avec d’autres personnes vous permettra de vous sentir plus fort et moins seul. Ceux qui ont eu les mêmes problèmes de stress que vous ont peut-être même déjà trouvé une solution qui peut vous aider aussi.

3. Améliorez-vous
Ah mais oui, c’est plus facile à écrire qu’à mettre en œuvre !
Une phrase très vrai dit : « Si tu continues à faire ce que tu as toujours fait, tu continueras à avoir ce que tu as toujours eu » !
Donc, si vous ne changez pas votre manière d’agir et de penser, vous continuerez à ressentir le même stress et à avoir les mêmes pensées.
Voici quelques points à améliorer :
- Soyez plus à l’écoute de votre corps
- Soyez plus à l’écoute de votre tête
- Apprenez à mieux vous affirmer
- Utilisez vos expériences pour vous améliorer (ce ne sont pas des erreurs mais des leçons)
- Aimez : vous vous-même, les autres, le monde…
- pensez plus positif et ce le plus souvent possible
- Lisez mon blog et mes livres, cela vous aidera beaucoup 😉

Quand on est stressé, notre mental est toujours dans l’avenir ou dans le passé mais jamais dans le moment présent. Une technique simple et efficace pour maîtriser durablement son stress est d’apprendre à son mental à revenir au présent.
Comment faire çà? Tout simplement en étant à l’écoute de ses 5 sens (la vue, l’ouie, l’odorat, le goût et le toucher)
En « forçant » le mental à revenir dans le corps, il s’apaise et le stress diminue. 😉
