Mais c’est quoi la PNL?
La PNL (NLP en anglais) ou programmation neurolinguistique est un concept créé dans les années 70 par John Grinder et Richard Bandler, deux universitaires américains.
Ils se sont inspirés de trois thérapeutes célèbres :
- Milton Erickson (fondateur de l’hypnose ericksonienne),
- Virginia Satyr (fondatrice de la thérapie familiale et
- Fritz Perls (fondateur de la Gestalt Therapie)
pour créer des outils et des techniques de changement et d’excellence.
Ils ont alors baptisé leur nouvelle discipline « programmation neurolinguistique « .
Pourquoi PNL?
« Programmation »:
car, tout au long de notre vie, nous utilisons consciemment et inconsciemment des programmes, c’est-à-dire des façons de penser, de ressentir, de réagir et de nous comporter dans notre vie de tous les jours (apprentissages, automatismes, habitudes)
« Neuro »:
parce que ces programmes sont inscrits dans nos circuits neuronaux (dans notre cerveau)
« Linguistique »:
car le langage verbal et non verbal ont une importance primordiale dans notre communication avec nous-même et avec les autres et reflètent notre vécu intérieur.
Les outils de la PNL utilisent le langage, les métaphores, l’hypnose, la visualisation et tout ce qui touche à la communication verbale et non verbale.
Elle veut savoir comment ça marche quand ça marche plutôt que d’essayer de comprendre pourquoi ça ne marche pas.
Elle permet de décoder l’expérience de personnes qui sont particulièrement douées dans un domaine spécifique (comme par exemple en négociation, en communication, en éducation, dans une discipline sportive, artistique ou technique…)
ou de comprendre comment des personnes qui, placées dans des situations difficiles, ont découvert des moyens efficaces de s’en sortir (par exemple: des personnes qui ont transformé des réponses phobiques ou traumatiques en force, qui se sont débarrassées de comportements indésirables comme l’addiction, la boulimie, d’émotions parasites comme la jalousie, l’anxiété, le manque de confiance en soi,…)
afin d’ imiter les comportements, les réactions, les actes de ces personnes et d’ arriver au mêmes résultats.
Le but est de comprendre, grace à l’étude des comportements, du fonctionnement mental et des réactions émotionnelles, comment un être humain construit sa propre expérience du monde, des autres et de lui-même et comment il peut la transformer et l’améliorer.
L’objectif de la PNL est de permettre à chacun de se réaliser et de s’épanouir dans sa vie personnelle et professionnelle.

Tout outil peut être utilisé pour faire le bien ou pas, c’est une chose qui ne dépend pas de l’outil mais de l’utilisateur.

La PNL est toujours d’actualité, les outils qu’elle utilise seront toujours utiles!
J’ai fait une formation chez une pro qui avait appris auprès de Tony Robbins.
Il a écrit de nombreux livres et fait des sessions en live (normalement il devrait en faire une cette année en Europe…mais avec un certain virus, rien n’est sûr.)
Il est pour moi le meilleur prof de PNL 🙂

La PNL incite la personne à regarder les différents aspects de la vie sous différents angles et dans plusieurs dimensions. Une situation particulière peut en effet se présenter sous différentes formes, le but est de se concentrer sur l’aspect positif de cette situation et d’évoluer dans ce sens là.
