Lorsque nous avons passé des vacances en Bretagne, ma famille et moi, nous avons eu l’occasion de goûter aux fameuses crêpes bretonnes. La crêpe complète (celle avec un œuf au plat au milieu) nous a tellement plu que j’ai décidé d’apprendre à la faire pour pouvoir en manger à la maison. Elle est extrêmement facile à faire et avec la vidéo que j’ai tournée moi-même, vous ne pouvez que la réussir.
Bon appétit!
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
pour la pâte :
250 g farine de blé
250 g farine de blé noir
3 œufs
700 ml eau
200 ml lait
pincée sel
pour la garniture :
4 tomates
4 tranches de jambon
4 œufs
100 g fromage râpé
pour le dessert :
Nutella

Cette recette vous permet de faire environ 8 crêpes.
Cela permet de préparer 4 crêpes complètes et 4 crêpes au nutella pour le dessert.
Je fais une grosse salade verte avec des tomates et du maïs pour accompagner tout cela.
Commencez par faire la pâte :
Ajoutez la farine et le sel dans un bol, incorporez progressivement l’eau, le lait et les œufs tout en battant avec un fouet (ou un mixeur) et remuez ou mixez jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit bien fluide.
Laissez reposer la pâte au frais pendant au moins 30 minutes.
Pendant que la pâte repose :
vous pouvez préparer les ingrédients pour la garniture.
Coupez les tomates, le jambon blanc en tranches (3 ou 4), préparez les œufs et le fromage.
Cuisson de la crêpe :
Faites cuire une grosse louche de pâte sur votre crêpière pendant environ 1-2 minute
retournez la
cassez l’œuf au milieu de la crêpe
étalez le blanc tout doucement
ajoutez le fromage râpé
ajoutez le jambon et les tomates
lorsque le blanc d’œuf est cuit, rabattez trois ou quatre côtés de la crêpe
Voilà!
Pour le dessert :
c’est la même chose, sauf qu’on ne met que du nutella.
Astuces :
- Pour que tout le monde mange chaud et en même temps, je mets les crêpes prêtes dans le four préchauffé à 50 degrés et je les sors lorsque la dernière est terminée.
- J’utilise deux spatules pour retourner la crêpe plus facilement et pour la fermer à la fin de la cuisson.
- Je mets de la musique celtique, ça donne un goût plus breton à la crêpe 😉

ça donne envie mais j’ai du me planter vu que je n’avais pas de farine de blé, j’ai fait avec de la farine normale et des céréales et ça m’a fait une sorte de galette très dure à manger.. Deuxième essai ce week-end, j’ai enfin la fariné de blé ! 🙂
