Voici quelques règles que chacun d’entre nous devrait suivre pour vivre plus serein et plus heureux.
1 Si tu as l’impression que ce n’est pas bien, ne le fais pas
Mieux vaut éviter de faire quelque-chose qui va à l’encontre de tes valeurs. Le bien et le mal est une notion qui est très personnelle et très différente pour chaque personne. Agis en fonction de ce que toi, tu penses être bien et tu pourras toujours te regarder dans un miroir.
2 Dis précisément ce que tu veux dire
Il est très important de s’exprimer clairement et précisément. Cela permet une communication plus agréable, plus efficace et plus facile et cela évite des quiproquos qui peuvent même provoquer des catastrophes.
Prends donc le temps de bien réfléchir à ce que tu veux dire et à ce que tu veux que l’autre comprenne et choisis bien tes mots.
3 Ne fais pas toujours tout pour satisfaire les autres
Commence par faire en sorte d’être, toi, satisfait. Tu ne peux pas plaire à tout le monde et il y a toujours une personne qui n’est pas contente. Fais en sorte de ne pas être cette personne-là. Pense un peu à toi.
4 Fais confiance à ton instinct
Il est important d’être à l’écoute et d’être ouvert aux conseils des personnes autour de toi mais n’oublie pas que ton avis, ton instinct est au moins aussi important et juste que celui de tes proches. Sois objectif et tiens compte des idées des autres mais aussi des tiennes avant de prendre une décision importante.
5 Ne parle pas mal de toi même
C’est une chose que de nombreuses personnes font chaque jour. Parler mal de soi-même est inutile, nocif et complètement idiot ! Ceux qui le font finissent par croire leurs mauvaises paroles et à se sentir mal et malheureux. Prends conscience de tes pensées et tes paroles envers toi-même et fais en sorte d’avoir un discours intérieur sur ta personne positif et boostant.
6 N’abandonne pas tes rêves
Créé-toi les opportunités pour réussir à les réaliser. Donne-toi les moyens ou adapte-les pour qu’ils deviennent possibles.
7 Ose dire non
Préfère dire non plutôt que de dire oui contre ta volonté, tu le regretterais. C’est un droit fondamental et il est important de l’utiliser à bon escient.
8 Ose dire oui
Sors de ta bulle, de ta zone de confort et ose croquer la vie à pleines dents. Ose essayer de nouvelles choses, ose changer, ose bouger, ose vivre.
9 Sois bon avec toi-même
Apprends à te connaître et à savoir ce qui te rend vraiment heureux et fais-le le plus souvent possible.
10 Laisse aller ce que tu ne peux pas contrôler
Il est inutile de se rendre malade de soucis pour un être cher, d’être furieux pendant des années qu’une personne ne réagisse pas comme tu voulais ou ne fasse pas ce que tu voulais. Rien ne sert de s’énerver que le temps ne sois pas beau alors que tu voulais faire des grillades ou de vociférer contre les gens qui ne savent pas conduire. Toutes ces choses ne sont pas sous ton contrôle. Ce que tu contrôles, c’est l’effet qu’elles ont sur toi.
Alors, reste calme et accepte que le monde n’est pas toujours comme tu voudrais qu’il soit et passe à autre chose.
11 Évite les gens négatifs et nocifs
Si tu ne peux pas les éviter, réduis le plus possible toute interaction avec ces personnes. Elles sont très contagieuses et extrêmement mauvaises pour la santé et pour le moral.
12 Aime
Last but not least ! Aime-toi, aime les autres et aime le monde. C’est tellement agréable et positif de ressentir la chaleur de l’amour envahir le corps et l’esprit.

Eh bien pour moi ce serait « laisse aller ce que tu ne peux pas contrôler ». On aimerait toujours que les gens soient comme on veut en oubliant que si on a envie d’être nous même, les autres aussi.
Ce qui m’amènerait à rajouter cette règle, accepte les autres comme ils sont, ça nous évitera bien des soucis. D’autant qu’on ne sait jamais ce que les autres vivent. Et comme dit un proverbe » ne juge jamais quelqu’un avant d’avoir passé 3 lunes dans ses chaussures ». Peut-être qu’à sa place, on ferait pareil ou pire. A méditer.

tout à fait! L’acceptation de l’autre avec ses qualités et ses défauts est primordiale pour vivre bien avec la personne.
Il nous est déjà difficile de nous comprendre nous-mêmes parfois, donc comprendre et juger les autres devient presque mission impossible…

Je découvre ton blog riche en conseils et bien fourni ! Dans cette liste, je crois que le plus dur est d’éviter les gens négatifs et nocifs, on en rencontre sur le lieu de travail et on est amené à les cotoyer chaque jour, pendant des heures ! Cela joue énormément sur le mental (exemple que je vis en ce moment-même : une collègue qui dénigre tout et tous et une chef d’entreprise qui raconte perpétuellement la vie privée des clients en insistant tout spécialement sur leurs problèmes divers et variés : une horreur !). Difficile de rester positive dans ce cas, même si je leur fais bien savoir que ces conversations ne m’intéresse pas, elles continuent invariablement ! Pareil dans les familles où des personnes très proches peuvent être nocives et il est difficile de les éviter par peur de les blesser. Sur ces problèmes si tu as des conseils je suis preneuse.

en effet, éviter les gens négatifs n’est pas toujours facile à faire… j’y travaille encore 😉
Je pense qu’il est important d’éviter leur impact négatif sur nous lorsqu’on est obligé de les cotoyer souvent.
J’ai quelques astuces pour changer de conversation et pour éviter certains thèmes récurrents et négatifs, ca marche presque à tous les coups 😀
Je vais sûrement écrire un article dans quelque temps avec plusieurs méthodes faciles…
