Vous pouvez tirer des leçons du passé pour éviter de faire des erreurs dans le présent mais vous ne pouvez pas modifier le passé donc : Acceptez le passé et vivez maintenant pour avoir un futur plus agréable et enrichissant
Allez de l’avant sans vous retourner, cela vous évitera de perdre du temps ou de trébucher.
3. Faites ce que vous avez à faire maintenant
Évitez de procrastiner et faites ce que vous devez faire maintenant.
Commencez par ce que vous aimez le moins (ménage, papiers, impôts…).
Vous vous sentirez mieux immédiatement après avoir fini. C’est radical !
De plus, la joie d’avoir enfin rayé cette tâche de votre liste vous boostera pour faire d’autres choses et vous fera gagner un temps précieux car vous ne perdrez plus des minutes à vous demander si vous le faites ou non.
Une astuce supplémentaire est de commencer par les tâches qui prennent le moins de temps, toutes ces petites tâches qui prennent de la place sur le papier et dans la tête peuvent être éradiquées rapidement.
« Ne remets pas à demain ce que tu peux faire le jour même » est la phrase à retenir.

L’important est que vous êtes actif, que vous faites ce que vous aimez, ce que vous adorez.
Ressentez le « Flow » que cette activité vous procure, sentez comme tous vos sens sont en fête.
C’est lorsque nous faisons une activité que nous adorons, que nous oublions le temps et le monde autour, que nous nous sentons le plus vivant et que nous comprenons ce que c’est que le bonheur.
5. Faites une bonne action
Donnez quelque chose à quelqu’un juste comme ça, sans raison particulière, juste pour lui faire plaisir.
Aidez une personne âgée à traverser la rue, laissez passer quelqu’un devant vous à la caisse. Soyez aimable avec les gens que vous croisez, même si elles ne le sont pas avec vous.
Faites un compliment, faites un petit cadeau à un ami, faites une surprise à votre enfant ou à votre partenaire.
N’attendez rien en retour, vous n’avez pas besoin que l’on vous remercie car l’énergie positive que vous donner irradie et vous éclaire.
Essayez et vous verrez.

7. Passez du temps avec une personne qui vous fait du bien

Ceux qui vous boostent, qui vous font du bien, qui croient en vous et qui sont là pour vous.
Ce sont des personnes précieuses et importantes pour vous et vous l’êtes aussi pour elles.
Soyez le meilleur ami pour vos meilleurs amis.
Soyez celui qui appelle ou qui invite.
Pensez à leur demander comment ils vont avant de leur dire comment vous allez.
Choisissez un ami et passez un peu de temps avec lui, faites-le aujourd’hui.
8. Prenez conscience de tout ce que la vie vous offre
Prenez 15 minutes de votre temps précieux pour réfléchir à tout ce que la vie vous offre de positif.
Prenez conscience de la chance que vous avez.
Nous oublions trop souvent que tout n’est pas normal, banal et sans importance.
Nous avons de la chance d’être en bonne santé, de pouvoir marcher, parler, lire, entendre, travailler, …
Il est important d’être reconnaissant pour tout cela et de ne pas attendre de ne plus « avoir » quelque chose pour se rendre compte de la chance que l’on avait comme c’est souvent le cas.
Appuyez sur pause pendant 15 minutes et soyez conscient de tout cela.
9. Soyez ici maintenant

Bonjour, votre site, vos commentaires me réconfortent un peu, surtout sur le fait que l’on ne doit pas regarder en arrière. Mon gros gros problème, c’est de paramétrer ce qui va arriver (le suis musicien, et rien n’est jamais acquis). De plus je suis en dépression pour le moment et ai peur de ne pas assumer ma prochain prestation jeudi prochain, la peur que mes angoisses fortes ne reviennent. Je suis sous anxiolitiques, et je sais que c’est mon subconscient ou mon inconscient qui on dirait ne veut pas que ça aille mieux, alors qu’au fond de moi-même, ce n’est pas le cas.
