Pour éviter cela, faites vous des promesses. Nous avons tendances à vouloir tenir nos promesses et donc à agir vraiment pour changer.
Promettez-vous que :
1. Vous acceptez votre passé
Votre passé est comme il est. Vous avez eu des expériences agréables et moins agréables et elles vous ont aidé à devenir la personne que vous êtes maintenant.
Arrêtez de vous blâmer pour vos erreurs, regardez-les, acceptez-les et regarder devant vous au lieu de vous retourner et de ressasser ce qui ne peut plus être changé.
2. Vous prenez toutes les responsabilités pour votre vie
Vous devez comprendre que votre vie vous appartient et que vous avez le choix de prendre vos responsabilités et donc le contrôle de votre vie ou de le laisser aux autres et de les blâmer.
Même si votre enfance, vos parents, vos collègues n’ont pas été parfaits, cela ne doit pas contrôler toute votre vie.
Vous avez le choix de changer ce qui ne vous plaît pas maintenant.
Alors faites-le.
3. Vous allez bien vous traiter vous-même
Si vous ne vous traitez pas bien vous-même, si vous ne vous occupez pas de votre corps et de votre esprit.
Si vous vous parlez mal et si vous ne prenez pas du temps pour vous, alors pourquoi les autres le feraient-ils ?
Traitez vous comme vous voulez être traité et comme vous traitez ceux que vous aimez.
Soyez à l’écoute de votre corps et de votre esprit et vous serez alors capable d’être heureux et de donner du bonheur autour de vous.
La vie est plus agréable lorsqu’on est son propre meilleur ami.
4. Vous allez choisir la vie que vous voulez vivre
Décidez de la vie que vous voulez avoir vous-même et ne laissez personne d’autre vous obliger à changer de voie ou à abandonner vos rêves. C’est votre vie et c’est à vous de la vivre.
5. Vous n’allez laisser personne vous voler votre bonheur
Lorsque vous rencontrez une personne nocive pour vous, faites en sorte de l’éviter le plus possible et de passer plus de temps avec ceux qui vous font du bien. Lorsque vous rencontrez des problèmes, cherchez la solution rapidement et ne laissez pas durer. Choisissez de vivre de bons moments dès que vous pouvez et profitez-en au maximum.
La vie est courte.
6. Vous allez être reconnaissant
C’est le secret des personnes les plus heureuses.
Apprenez à être conscient de la chance que vous avez.
Entraînez-vous à ressentir de la gratitude pour tous les cadeaux, petits et grands, que vous recevez de la vie sans même vous en rendre compte.

en effet, lorsqu’on se fait une promesse à soi-même, c’est un peu comme lorsqu’on écrit un objectif, on donne une direction à sa vie et cela permet d’avancer.

oui, je crois aussi que les promesses sont plus faciles à tenir car on ne veut pas decevoir ceux à qui on les a faites.
Les objectifs sont plus souvent sujet à la procrastination, au changement ou à l’oubli complet,
sauf si on utiliser la méthode SMART pour les réaliser 😉
