Vous avez aussi ressenti cette exaspération et cette frustration quand le contraire se passe et quand le monde entier semble être contre vous.
C’est tout à fait normal !

Ne laissez pas les autres décider pour vous comment vous devez vivre votre vie, comment vous devez vous habiller, ce qui est bon pour vous, ce que vous devez manger…
C’est votre propre choix et c’est à vous d’en subir les conséquences ou de profiter des avantages.
Vous choisissez votre partenaire, votre profession, votre endroit et mode de vie.
C’est votre liberté tant qu’elle n’empiète pas sur celle des autres.
Ne laissez pas les autres vous juger mais n’essayez pas non plus d’obliger les autres à vivre comme vous.

Vous avez le droit d’avoir un avis sur les situations, les personnes, les choses, les décisions, les croyances…
Nous avons tous un avis, une opinion et une vision personnelle sur tout ce qui nous entoure.
Cette vision des choses est différente selon les expériences, les croyances, la situation actuelle, les personnes avec qui vous vivez, l’éducation etc.
Il est donc tout à fait normal que chacun ait une vision et un avis différent sur tout.

Vous êtes aussi important que les autres.
Vous avez votre place sur terre comme tous les autres êtres vivants et votre vie a un sens, même si vous n’en êtes pas toujours convaincu.
Tout a un sens et une raison d’être.

Conclusion
Tous ces points sont très importants car la plupart d’entre nous se sent obligée de se justifier ou même de s’excuser pour certains d’entre eux alors que c’est un droit fondamental.
Il y en a certainement d’autres, peut être aussi importants auxquels je n’ai pas pensé, personne n’est parfait 😉

je pense que les erreurs que l’on a faites dans le passé ont fait de nous ce que nous sommes
et nous ont permis d’avancer et de devenir meilleur.
Le regret est inutile, il faut juste éviter de les répèter et si possible réparer ce qui peut l’être.
Le passé est le passé. Il faut vivre maintenant.
